Cape Town Pass is proud to announce that it entered into a collaboration and marketing agreement with SmartPass Africa and the UK based Leisure Pass Group. In terms of the agreement Cape Town Pass and SmartPass Africa will combine their efforts under the Cape Town Pass banner and the Leisure Pass Group will market their product internationally using their extensive experience, skill and network.

The Leisure Pass Group is the world's largest tourist pass operator with passes in over 30 cities and sales of more than two million passes every year. We expect that at least 10,000 international tourists will benefit from the Cape Town Pass product in the next year due to this new collaboration and that this will be a major boost to the tourism economy of the Western Cape.

Cape Town Pass will be marketed internationally by the Leisure Pass Group and will provide a simple cost effective travel solution to the consumer. Cape Town Pass will now offer visitors access to over 50 of the best attractions and restaurants the Western Cape has to offer.

Marnus van Niekerk, CEO of Cape Town Pass said, “We are extremely excited about this collaboration, because it shows that South African companies can stand side by side with the best in the world. Together with the world leader in tourist passes we will actively grow the tourism economy of Cape Town and the Western Cape”.

The newly revamped Pass will be available from November and can be bought via the Cape Town Pass website or the free Cape Town Pass APP (available on iStore & Android). Visitors can also order and collect the Pass in Cape Town on arrival or have it delivered to their address of choice.
